Aka 2025. Alpha kappa alpha day has been celebrated on january 15 annually since the sorority’s inception more than a century ago. I am honored and blessed to serve as the central regional.

And will be held virtually via zoom. Depending on the funding opportunity, the funding is applied for either by the principal investigator (pi) of the research project or by the research organisation.
